Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Corbel platform ("Service"), operated by Macam Labs, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Corbel is a data analytics platform for the construction and real estate industry. The Service provides permit tracking, contractor and owner intelligence, and market insights for professionals in the construction and real estate industry. The Service allows users to search public permit data, view organization profiles, upload contacts for entity matching, and access market analytics.

Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage patterns
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful data

Your Data

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service, including contact lists and other user-generated content ("Your Data"). By uploading Your Data, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you — for example, matching your contacts against public permit records. We do not sell Your Data to third parties. You may delete Your Data at any time through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Public Data

The Service aggregates and displays data sourced from public data sources. This data is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep this data current and accurate, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of public data displayed through the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and original content (excluding public data and Your Data), is owned by Macam Labs, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. NO SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) IS IN EFFECT. THE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE (OR ANY PART OF IT) AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. WE MAY INTRODUCE PAID PLANS IN THE FUTURE, AT WHICH POINT WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AND PROVIDE THE OPTION TO CONTINUE OR DISCONTINUE USE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MACAM LABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; OR (C) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE SERVICE'S CONTENT OR DATA.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
